Coordinator, Partnership Sales

We are seeking a Partnership Sales Coordinator to support sponsorship revenue growth. This role will work closely with DRL’s Business Development team to support all new business activities. This will be a unique and exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization. This role will be based in New York, but the candidate must be willing to travel (when applicable). We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment and is excited about building the Sport of the Future. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify categories and brands that present revenue opportunities 
  • Research industry trends for intel on prospective and current partners 
  • Design and develop outreach, as well as presentations and materials for sales pitches
  • Support internal communication, including material development, tracking and feedback 
  • Organize and track sales conversations to keep pipeline up to date using internal CRM
  • Detailed note-taking for pitch conversations, recaps, and timely updates
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for DRL brand executives

Who You Are: 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in related field
  • 1-3 years prior experience in sales, sports, customer service or entertainment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as project management capabilities
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with executives at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to handle complex tasks and continuously prioritize opportunities
  • Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in Keynote and Google Slides
