Coordinator, Partnership Sales

The Drone Racing League (DRL) is the premier, global drone-racing circuit and producer of world-class sports content. As a futuristic sport that blurs the line between the real and the digital, we get to race in the most legendary locations around the globe and immerse fans into video-game-inspired courses.

We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have a track record of exceptional work in the sales, marketing or partnerships industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect companies, categories and regions with significant revenue potential
  • Research contacts and points of connection to engage prospect stakeholders
  • Provide in-depth briefs for companies and contacts
  • Transcribe detailed notes from new business conversations and pitches
  • Assist in tracking outreach and pipeline
  • Create partnership presentations and term sheets
  • Support sales leaders with materials for both internal and external communication
  • Other duties as asked or assigned

Who You Are:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in related field
  • 1-3 years prior experience in sales, sports, customer service or entertainment preferred, but not required
  • Self-starter with proven ability to tackle problems independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize while multitasking
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
  • Proven ability to handle complex tasks and continuously prioritize opportunities
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in Keynote and G Suite
