Manager, Partnership Sales

The Drone Racing League (DRL) is the premier, global drone-racing circuit and producer of world-class sports content. As a futuristic sport that blurs the line between the real and the digital, we get to race in the most legendary locations around the globe and immerse fans into video-game-inspired courses. 

We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have a track record of exceptional work in the sales, marketing or partnerships industry. This role will be based in New York, but the candidate must be willing to travel significantly (when applicable).

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify categories, brands, and regions and that present revenue opportunities 
  • Leverage personal and professional network to access influencers and decision makers across the brand and agency ecosystem
  • Support senior sales leaders with research and materials for priority discussions
  • Build an individual pipeline of domestic and global partners 
  • Work collaboratively ensure alignment on value proposition and opportunities 
  • Drive visibility of DRL vision within key networks and stakeholders

Who You Are: 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in related field
  • 5-7 years experience in sales, sports, customer service or entertainment 
  • Self-starter with proven ability to tackle problems independently
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
  • Proven ability to handle complex tasks and continuously prioritize opportunities
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • Desire to work at a high growth, early stage company
